  • Video Projectionist San Francisco

    • Large Screen Video Imaging, LLC, a leading LED Video Screens company, seeks an experienced high-end video projectionist. This position is based in San Francisco and includes some travel, for a dynamic person with solid presentation technology skills. The job also presents opportunities to work with LED video displays and creative LED scenic applications.
      • Must be personable and client-friendly, with a professional appearance
      • Must have facility with current DLP & LCD large venue video projectors from Christie, Barco, Digital Projection, etc.
      • Must understand video signal formats, edge-blending, and mapping techniques
      • Must have competency with PC and MAC hardware and operating systems and all currently popular presentation programs including Power Point, Keynote, and others
      • Be in good physical condition, with the ability to lift and move projection equipment and manipulate on projection platforms
      • Have good eyesight and a critical eye for color balance
      • Experience with Videowalls and/or LED screens a plus
      • QC and shop prep skills a plus
      • Military A/V system training a plus
      • Clean driving record is mandatory, California Driver’s license a plus.

  • AV Quality Control Tech San Francisco

    • Large Screen Video Imaging, LLC, a leading LED Video Screens company seeks an A/V Quality Control Tech. This position is based in San Francisco for an experienced, qualified, audio visual engineering technician to perform QC procedures and inspections and to repair LED modules, processors and control equipment. Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and maintain heavily rotated rental equipment, update software to the most current versions, and assess any equipment upgrades needed. Operate current computer test equipment with understanding of operating parameters of contemporary video equipment. Ability to troubleshoot to component level a major plus.
    • Knowledgable about the professional presentation/production industry, mobile video screens, hi-resolution LED and LED creative scenic equipment, large venue video projection, and broadcast camera packages. Good communication skills to work with supervisors, manufacturers, and AV crews.

      Strong work ethic and ability to sustain concentration on complex technical problems. Training in newest technologies and equipment available for the already skilled technician.

  • Office Assistant San Francisco

    • Large Screen Video Imaging, a production rental & staging company, with operations in San Francisco, Miami, Los Angeles, & Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced office assistant.

      Job duties include the following:

      • Coordinating with office administrator to ensure optimal operations and efficiency; assist OA with processing payroll (via Intuit payroll solutions); control correspondence; maintain filing systems; manage supply requisitions; perform clerical functions (call routing, mail distribution, etc.)
      • Assist in maintaining company website and social media presence
      • Assist in maintaining complex calendar for all shows/jobs, and personal calendars for managing partner.
      • Quickbooks 2014 data entry: Accounts payable (recording vendor invoices/payment processing); accounts receivables (client invoice/statement generation/payment processing, account reconciliations, etc.)
      • Support staffing and travel arrangements for shows as directed by OA and project coordinator.
      • Follow procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records to maintain office efficiency.
      • Assist with equipment procurement as needed.
      • Assists OA in with recruiting and orienting/training employees. Aids in the processing of employee paperwork.
      • Maintains professional and technical knowledge via educational bulletins; reviewing professional publications; establishing relevant business contact networks.
      • Assists OA in preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

  • Local Delivery On Call Driver San Francisco

    • Large Screen Video Imaging, LLC, in San Francisco, is seeking an experienced, qualified local driver for as—needed delivery and pickup of equipment and rental items. Driver must have a valid license and clean driving record and be willing to take a drug screening test. Competency with driving box trucks up to 24 feet will be tested. Knowledge of proper loading and securing of cargo is essential, as well as the physical capacity to use lift gates and truck ramps, and applied knowledge of all standard safety practices.

      Individual will be responsible for inspecting assigned truck before and after trips and reporting on truck condition. Will have sufficient mechanical knowledge to identify problems with assigned vehicle and alert colleagues of need for attention. Will maintain and provide record log on driver’s delivery route sheet and obtain signatures from delivery recipients.

    • Must be reachable by phone to be informed of need for services, and frequently available for work (we recognize it may not always be possible). Responsible for safe, on-time transport of company equipment. Must follow all commercial driving regulations and road rules.

      CDL license a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience and skills. Retired professional drivers and ex-military welcomed.
